Ms. Carol Loveridge, the President of B.P. Management Services Inc., has over 15 years of management experience, ranging from rental communities to condominium and other common interest communities. Her experience in the industry is reflected in her level of work and her philosophy is founded upon the belief that successful management is comprised of communication, respect and the willingness to persevere. Ms. Loveridge???s experience in this industry began in 1990 as a Leasing Consultant with Inland Property Management. After spending numerous years servicing rental communities, she began comprehensive Portfolio Management services. She continued her career with Association Specialists Inc., Northwest Property Management and, finally, with Property Specialists Inc. before beginning BP Management Services, Inc. in 2003. During her career, Ms. Loveridge has been directly responsible for collectively managing thousands of condominium, town home and other residential units. Ms. Loveridge resides in a large gated community and has served on various Association Committees and has taken an active role in her own Association affairs. She understands the various issues surrounding community living, both from an ownership and management standpoint. Ms. Loveridge attended Harper College on two scholarships, where her studies consisted of Criminal Justice and Business Law. Ms. Loveridge is currently continuing her education at Rock Valley Community College; studying Paralegal and Accounting. Currently, BP Management Services, Inc. also employs two part-time Administrative Assistants and one full time Accounts Receivable/Payables Assistant. B.P. Management Services Inc. is a member of CAI, National Association for the Self-Employed and the Rockford Chamber of Commerce.
